Daily protein intake should be a staple for anyone involved in regular sport & exercise. In sport science, it is widely accepted that athletes, due to their high level of training, can require a greater intake of protein to help support the growth and maintenance of lean muscle.
Consuming 1-2 shakes in addition to your daily meals is a great way to increase your overall protein and calorie intake to support your own health and performance goals.
At PER4M®, we think you shouldn’t have to sacrifice taste for results, so each serving is packed with highly bioavailable whey and milk proteins available in a wide range of delicious flavours you will love. Mix easily in water or milk or get creative and use in high protein snacks.

Great product! Great taste
Per4rm is always my go to whey protein brand. It mixes better than any other, tastes great as a shake or a paste, and is good in the ninja creami. The quality is always excellent and it is much better digested than most other brands. White choc hazelnut is an excellent flavour.
Wow what a flavour
Tastes delicious
Best brand and best flavours I have tried them all. This flavour is delicious and makes great tasting protein desserts.
Good tasting powder which is easy to mix and if consumed with water it still gets a nice thickness. I usually go for milk to get the “milkshake” vibe but this is good with water.
One of the best protein powders I have ever tried, mixes well in Oats/COR, also in an actual protein shake it mixes so well leaving no bits at all - would definitely recommend Per4m and will definitely be buying again.Flavour is decent as well (tastes nothing like other wheys I’ve previously bought).
I like the quick service and the price is good. The product is lovely. The delivery was bad, the driver left it on the door step but my wife was in all day but my son found it when he returned home from work just sat there on the doorstep
